Career clarity for sensitive and neurodiverse women

"I believe there are two paths we can take: the well-worn or the path less travelled. One is already paved, clearly defined, and familiar. The other is created as we walk it."

Hello. I’m Marie,
your career and mindset coach.

I didn’t follow a safe path; I followed my curiosity. But over time, I let my methodical side take over, and I lost my sense of wonder in the pursuit of being organised. I had to learn how to reconnect with my own inner compass.

Two decades in the creative sectors of France and the UK taught me that excelling at your work doesn’t necessarily mean being fulfilled by it. I began asking how do we find that balance?

Today, I help sensitive and neurodiverse women navigate those moments when the professional picture no longer fits. We look at how you relate to your role right now, finding the small, creative shifts that lead to a sense of relief.

My path wasn’t linear. It was curious.

I believe that to explore the "what ifs" of life, it helps to be grounded. My practice is informed by twenty years in the creative industries and a commitment to continuous learning.

I have always been encouraged to follow my curiosity, and openness comes naturally to me. These have become values of mine, allowing me to explore widely, something I now encourage others to do.

The Hummingbird’s Path

The hummingbird has become a symbol for my work. It represents curiosity, resilience, and energy.

Like the hummingbird, I have followed my curiosity through different paths and experiences.

Over time, this led me to what matters most to me now: supporting others to recognise their strengths and move forward with confidence.

I like to start with curiosity. When we allow ourselves to follow it, our lives become richer, more layered, and more meaningful.

That understanding did not come easily. It took time to realise that curiosity was not a distraction, but a core value and a source of creativity. During more difficult periods, curiosity helped me make sense of change, rebuild, and create a life that feels both grounded and expansive.

My Path

I’ve chosen some unusual paths in my quest to understand how we build lives that feel as good on the inside as they look on the outside.

I’ve treated creativity and curiosity as anchors on my journey. For over twenty years, I collaborated with entrepreneurs in the Arts and creative industries across both France and the UK.

In 2015, I found myself in a role that no longer fulfilled me. Despite excelling at my job, I felt a persistent disconnection from my own life. It was a period that invited me to listen more closely to what I needed.

I felt pulled towards helping others navigate that disconnection. I retrained as a coach to move away from a purely methodical approach and towards a practice built on deep human connection.

My Philosophy

I believe that contentment starts with an internal shift. A new job title rarely fixes a feeling of disconnectedness; it simply changes the scenery. This is why I collaborate with you on how you relate to your current role before we ever look at the exit.

In our sessions, I offer a nurturing space where we can wonder about your choices without the pressure of immediate "results".

We use the creativity as a practical tool to find new angles in fixed situations, whether that is a heavy workload or a difficult boss.

My approach is spiritual yet practical and always grounded in the reality of your daily life.

Exploration without self-knowledge can lead to wandering.

I learned this the hard way.

I guide my clients through their self-enquiry, encouraging them to open themselves to new perspectives and possibilities.

My approach

I take a people-centred approach. While I work within a clear structure, the focus is always guided by your needs and by what we are exploring together.

What to expect

I don’t promise quick transformation. Instead, I lead you to a safe and gentle space where deeper shifts can begin.

I usually begin with a session focused on values. These act as an inner compass and help to cut through noise and indecision. When values are clear, choices become simpler and more grounded.

This first stage helps you to:

• Clarify what truly matters to you
• Make decisions that feel aligned and intentional, without overwhelm

We return to values as an anchor throughout the process.

Further sessions will focus on supporting you to:

• Recognise and trust your strengths
• Understand where strengths support you and where they may be holding you back
• Use these strengths more consciously and effectively

Together, values and strengths form the foundation of the work. The why and the what that make the how much easier to navigate.

I describe my approach as flexibility within structure. Structure provides stability and direction, while still allowing space to explore, adapt, and respond to what emerges. The work is not free flowing, but it is not rigid either.

“Marie has a unique talent for capturing the essence of conversations, which helped me gain clarity quickly. I'm delighted to say I achieved all my initial objectives (and beyond) after only a few sessions.”
